NY Center Forwards NYSDRA Thanks

We are very pleased to let everyone know that S3577, the 21-A
Amendment, was approved and signed into law by the Governor yesterday.
This is very good news, not only with this bill, but in letting us
(and our members) know that our efforts have been successful, and
gives us an impetus to continue with our future legislative efforts.

We would like to thank all of you – your feedback and
involvement went a long way to ensuring the bill’s success and
the success of the Committee’s activities.

You may remember, this bill places many mediation centers, especially those upstate, on firmer footing without costing the taxpayers more.
